nice to see you

its been over a year since ive written anything here, but funnily enough, visits to this page have sky rocketted in the last week or so.

i have a feeling i know who it is thats visiting. id like you to know that as long as i laid a seed of doubt, no matter how tiny, then thats the best thing i could hve got out of this whole thing.
if this experience has made you stop and think before you pop out to the shops, leaving the kids `being looked after by a mature capable adult` then it was worth it.
